**Returns and Refund Policy**
At Red Boffin, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to make sure the process is as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
**7 Days Return Policy:**
In addition to our refund policy, Red Boffin offers a 7-day return policy. If you wish to return an item within 7 days of receiving it for reasons other than a refund, such as a size exchange or a different product, please contact our customer service team. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
Similar to the refund process, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your return and either send out the replacement item or issue a store credit, depending on your preference.
**7 Days Refund Policy:**
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 7-day window from the date of receiving the item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team at contact@redboffin.com to initiate the refund process.Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a 7 working days.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for a refund.
